I’ve been baking quite a bit recently.

The Cowgirl Cookies idea I got from Bakerella. I edited the recipe a bit to remove the pecans and make them fluffier. (http://www.bakerella.com/mix-things-up/)

The Peach Cobbler I also got from Bakerella and once again edited the recipe a bit to fit my needs. (http://www.bakerella.com/ridiculously-easy/)

The two types of cupcakes however were all me. I baked strawberry cupcakes for a coworker who doesn’t like chocolate and loves pink and decided to put white frosting and pink sprinkles on them. They were such a hit, I made them again with blue frosting and valentine themed sprinkles.

Not pictured, delicious delicious white chocolate macademia nut cookies. I had to make a couple of batches to satisfy everyone. (:

Wonderful wonderful new mattress. It’s heavenly, really.

Well tumblr, it’s been a while.

Like I said before, my lack of motivation amazes me. I’ve been way too busy lately to even work on the apron I’m sewing. It’s a project that probably wont take more than a couple hours and yet I still haven’t done it. School, cuties, work, and bug bites are taking up all my time.

As for this picture, I just really liked the colors. I took this with my cell phone.

Hate to say

“I told you so” but.. I told ya so. I haven’t created anything yet. Not anything worthy, at least. I’ve painted a few things but I’m not too happy with them. I’d like to try embroidery. Mainly because I saw this picture on Twig & Thistle.
